Easy Returns

Return Policy

We strive to be as friendly and understanding as possible when it comes to returns, but due to the nature of the work we do, our options are very limited.

1. Non Broken-In Items

Items purchased without any Break-In Process performed can be returned to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or in-store credit less a 20% restocking fee. The item(s) must be returned in brand new condition, unused, and in the original packaging that you received it/them in (meaning bats are still "in the wrapper.") If your item(s) is/are not received in resalable condition, your return will not be accepted.

2. Broken-In Items

Items purchased from us with a Break-In Process performed cannot be returned or exchanged, however we do have satisfaction guarantees that entitle you to ship your bat or glove back to us for inspection. For more details about our satisfaction guarantees, click on the appropriate service:

3. Custom or Special-Order Items

We cannot accept any returns on any items that have been customized or special ordered.

4. Start Your Return

Ready to start your return? No RMA number needed, just package your item and include a note about the situation and your desired resolution. You can find our return shipping address on our Contact Us page.

We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label if the return is caused by a mistake of ours, otherwise you're responsible for paying to ship your return back to us.

5. Processing Time

Returns will be processed within 3 business days of their receipt at our facility.
