Some bats are built for the guy who wants to hit .700 with singles up the middle - the 2027 DeMarini Juggy Extended is not that bat! This is the bat for the hitter who bats fourth, plays a little deeper in the box, and gets a look from the left fielder before the first pitch. DeMarini took the Juggy platform and stretched the barrel out to a full 13 inches of double-walled Stacked Composite, then hung an endloaded weighting on the end of it. The result is a bat with a hitting surface that runs deeper toward the end cap than a standard slowpitch barrel and the mass to turn a good swing into a ball that clears the fence in the air. It wears a wicked fire graphic that matches its personality, and it carries both the USA (formerly ASA) and USSSA slowpitch stamps, so it goes in the bag for Tuesday church league and Saturday tournaments alike.

The heart of this bat is DeMarini's Stack3d Double Wall Barrel Construction. Two composite walls working together give the Juggy Extended a responsive, forgiving feel across the barrel, so contact that drifts off center still carries instead of dying in the gap. The extra inch of barrel over a standard 12 inch slowpitch bat matters most on exactly those swings, giving a big hitter more usable surface toward the end of the bat where endloaded contact tends to happen. Behind the barrel sits DeMarini's TR3 F.L.O Composite Handle, a stiffer two-piece composite handle built to transfer energy cleanly into the ball rather than flexing away from it. Endloaded bats reward the hitter who stays through contact, and a stiff handle makes sure the work they do reaches the ball. It all comes together in a 34 inch bat available at 25, 26, and 27 ounces, designed and built in Hillsboro, Oregon, and backed by DeMarini's one year warranty.

Picking the right weight on an endloaded bat is where most slowpitch hitters get it wrong, and it is where LongballBats.com earns your business. We have been the Bat Performance Experts since 2016, our staff brings more than 100 years of combined baseball and softball experience to the table, and we have swung enough Juggys to know that the 27 ounce is not automatically the right call just because you are the biggest guy on the team. Tell us what you're swinging now, how your season is going, and whether you play USA, USSSA, or both, and we'll tell you straight which weight fits your swing and whether the Juggy Extended is the right bat for your league. Buy the right bat once - that is the whole idea.

QUESTION: Should I order this bat stock/untouched or Heat Rolled with Progressive Pressure?
ANSWER: If you order your new bat Heat Rolled with Progressive Pressure, it will be delivered to you completely and evenly broken in. This process adds 20-40ft of distance to your solid hits, increases consistency, improves durability and adds 2-3 business days of lead time to your order. If you plan to use the bat in an official game or event, please verify the legality of our process with your league or sanctioning body before use. We (LongballBats.com) do not encourage the use of a Heat Rolled bat in any game or event where it is against the rules. Click here for details about our process!

QUESTION: If the Juggy Extended is dual stamped, is it as hot as a USSSA-only bat?
ANSWER: No, and it's important to understand why: a dual stamped bat has to pass the USA slowpitch standard, which is more restrictive than the USSSA standard, so it performs at USA levels in both leagues. A USSSA-only bat is built to the USSSA standard alone and will be hotter in USSSA play. The trade-off is flexibility. If you play in a USA league and a USSSA league, or you play USA during the week and pick up USSSA tournaments on weekends, one dual stamped bat covers everything and saves you carrying two. If you only play USSSA, a USSSA-only DeMarini will give you better performance.

QUESTION: What does "Extended" mean on the Juggy?
ANSWER: It refers to the barrel length; many slowpitch bats feature a 12 or 12.5 inch barrel. The Juggy Extended stretches that to 13 inches, which pushes the hitting surface further toward the end cap and gives the bat a longer sweet spot. That extra length pairs naturally with the endloaded weighting, because a power hitter's best contact tends to happen further out on the barrel. Hitters who're used to a shorter barrel usually notice the difference on the first mishit that carries anyway.

QUESTION: Should I swing the 25, 26, or 27 ounce Juggy Extended?
ANSWER: Start with what you swing now and how the bat feels through the zone. Since the Juggy Extended is endloaded, each weight swings heavier than the number on the knob suggests, so a hitter who is comfortable in a 26 ounce balanced bat will usually feel most at home in the 25 or 26 ounce Juggy Extended, not the 27. The 27 ounce is for the big, strong hitter who already swings endloaded bats and wants maximum mass behind the ball. If you're between weights, pick the lighter one. Bat speed still matters in slowpitch, and an endloaded bat you can control will outhit a heavier one you can't.
