TL;DR Anarchy's Pigskin for SSUSA senior play: two-piece composite, 13 in ACX-7sx barrel, half ounce end load, regular handle. Looks just like a football. A forgiving swing for senior hitters. No manufacturer warranty. 25-27 oz. Add our ProMAX Heat Roll for maximum performance.

Football season and softball season don’t have to fight over your weekends anymore! The 2026 Anarchy Pigskin SSUSA, model ASPPGSKN26S, is a two-piece composite senior bat with a 13 inch barrel, a half ounce end load, and a regular-flex handle. It’s built for senior hitters who want a big hitting surface and a little extra push behind the ball without signing up for a heavy swing. And yes, it looks exactly like a football! The barrel is wrapped in a pebbled brown leather texture, with white laces running down the middle and a white stripe near each end. The handle is black with white Anarchy logos, and the knob shows the bat’s weight. Still playing in younger divisions too? Anarchy makes the Pigskin USSSA and Pigskin USA/ASA with the same look, barrel length, and load. If you like the specs but want a different graphic, the Anarchy Busch Apple SSUSA is built the same way.

Every part of this build has a job. At 13 inches, the barrel is as long as Anarchy’s senior bats get, so you have plenty of room to work with on contact. The half ounce end load sits right in the middle of the range. It puts a bit more mass behind the ball than a balanced bat would, while the swing stays quick and easy to control. Anarchy pairs it with a regular-flex handle that gives you a little whip through the zone. The two-piece design also keeps more of the sting from a mishit out of your hands. ACX-7sx is the barrel technology Anarchy uses across its senior bats. The barrel is 2-1/4 inches. The Pigskin SSUSA is certified for SSUSA senior play and is not approved for USSSA or USA Softball (ASA) adult play. It comes in the standard 34 inch length at 25, 26, and 27 ounces. Like all Anarchy senior bats, it does not come with a manufacturer warranty.

QUESTION: Should I order this bat stock/untouched or Heat Rolled with Progressive Pressure?
ANSWER: If you order your new bat Heat Rolled with Progressive Pressure, it will be delivered to you completely and evenly broken in. This process adds 20-40ft of distance to your solid hits, increases consistency, improves durability and adds 2-3 business days of lead time to your order. If you plan to use the bat in an official game or event, please verify the legality of our process with your league or sanctioning body before use. We (LongballBats.com) do not encourage the use of a Heat Rolled bat in any game or event where it is against the rules. Click here for details about our process!

QUESTION: Is a half ounce end load right for me?
ANSWER: For a lot of senior hitters, it’s the best balance of control and power. Anarchy’s 13 inch senior bats make the choice easy to picture. The Groovy is balanced, so it swings light and quick, which suits contact hitters and anyone who likes to wait on the ball. The Trebellion and Busch Lime carry a full ounce. That puts serious weight behind the ball, but it asks for real bat speed! The Pigskin sits right between them. A half ounce gives you a little more push on contact, and the swing still feels close to its listed weight. If you’re not sure where you fit, a half ounce is the safest place to start, because most hitters can swing it without losing bat speed.

QUESTION: How is the Pigskin different from the Busch Apple and America SSUSA?
ANSWER: All three are two-piece Anarchy senior bats with a 13 inch ACX-7sx barrel and a half ounce end load. The Busch Apple matches the Pigskin’s specs, regular handle included, so that choice really comes down to the graphic you like. The America is the one that feels different. It uses a stiff handle, so there’s less flex in the swing and a firmer, more direct feel at contact. Hitters who like to feel the barrel whip through the zone usually prefer the Pigskin’s regular handle. Hitters who want a rigid swing with no give tend to like the America. There’s one more difference: the Busch Apple and America both come in a 28 ounce, while the Pigskin runs 25 to 27.

QUESTION: Should I get the Pigskin or the Bloodline SSUSA?
ANSWER: These two are built very differently. The Pigskin is a two-piece with a 13 inch barrel, a half ounce end load, and a regular-flex handle. It’s forgiving, smooth, and easy to control. The Bloodline is a one-piece with a 12.5 inch barrel, a full ounce end load, and a stiff handle. It swings much heavier and feels firm and direct, but you’ll know it when you miss. If you want a bigger hitting surface and a more comfortable swing, the Pigskin is the better fit. If you’re a strong hitter with plenty of bat speed who wants as much mass behind the ball as possible, look at the Bloodline. Not sure which camp you’re in? Give us a call.

QUESTION: How is the senior Pigskin different from the USSSA and USA Pigskin?
ANSWER: All three share the football graphic, a 13 inch barrel, a half ounce end load, and a two-piece build. The differences are under the paint. This senior version uses Anarchy’s ACX-7sx barrel and is certified only for SSUSA senior play. The Pigskin USSSA uses KCM-6X, Anarchy’s USSSA barrel. The Pigskin USA/ASA uses X-Core 2, which is built for USA Softball’s lower performance limit. Each version is legal only under its own certification. A senior bat won’t pass in a USSSA or USA game, and the other two aren’t approved for SSUSA events. The warranty is different too. The USSSA and USA versions come with Anarchy’s one year manufacturer warranty, while the senior Pigskin doesn’t have one. If you play in more than one association, contact us and we’ll help you figure out which Pigskin you need!
