RARE FIND: here at Longball Bats, we take pride in having a huge selection of baseball and softball bats - including hard to find bats like this one! Sold out most everywhere else, this bat is still available here at LBB - while it lasts!

The Cookie Jar drop in April 2026 had three flavors, and everybody assumed that was the whole menu. Then June rolled around, the College World Series came to Omaha, and Combat pulled one more bat out of the jar: the Crumb Reaper! Black from knob to end cap, dusted with pink and white speckle, a skull on the barrel, and "Crumb Reaper" lettered down the side like a warning label. Combat calls it a dark-and-sweet colorway that's nightmare-inducing for anyone on the mound, and it was made available in what Combat describes as an extremely limited quantity, with most of it moving through the Omaha drop. It sold out almost immediately and never got a general release. If you want a Crumb Reaper now, the secondary market is about your only option, or our Rare Finds section at LongballBats.com, where we've got it new in the wrapper while it lasts.

Under the skull is the same Spec A1 that made the other three Cookie Jar bats worth chasing, and the Crumb Reaper gives up nothing to them. Combat calls the Spec A1 the highest-performing BBCOR bat in the game, and independent reviewers who tested the 2026 editions put the platform at the top of the one-piece alloy class. SFX Barrel Technology uses special engineering processes to create a longer barrel and a bigger sweet spot than any other one-piece alloy, so more of the bat produces hard contact and a ball off the end still finds grass. It swings balanced, which keeps a one-piece alloy quick through the zone without sacrificing any barrel performance, and Combat tuned the stiffness to hit with the direct feel of a one-piece and forgive like a two-piece on a jam shot. The Clinch Spec Grip is pre-loaded with extra tack and just the right amount of cushion. And the sound at contact is the same unmistakable thwack that has hitters barreling balls up just to hear it again. The black colorway is approved for NCAA and NJCAA play alongside NFHS, which is fitting for a bat that debuted at the college game's biggest event.

Event-exclusive bats like the Crumb Reaper are the reason our Rare Finds section exists. LongballBats.com has been the Bat Performance Experts since 2016, our staff proudly offers more than 100 years of combined baseball and softball experience, and we've assembled one of the largest selections of sold-out, discontinued, and limited edition bats you'll find anywhere, including Combat drops from the Cookie Jar, Outdoor, Rodeo, Midnight Rodeo, Performance, and Country Club collections, plus the Omaha exclusives that never made it to a regular shelf. QUESTION: Should I order this bat stock/untouched or Heat Rolled with Progressive Pressure?
ANSWER: If you order your new bat Heat Rolled with Progressive Pressure, it will be delivered to you completely and evenly broken in. This process adds 20-40ft of distance to your solid hits, increases consistency, improves durability and adds 2-3 business days of lead time to your order. If you plan to use the bat in an official game or event, please verify the legality of our process with your league or sanctioning body before use. We (LongballBats.com) do not encourage the use of a Heat Rolled bat in any game or event where it is against the rules. Click here for details about our process!

QUESTION: Should I order this bat with Free Shipping or Upgraded Shipping?
ANSWER: It just depends on how quickly you need it. This RARE FIND Bat is ready to ship and will generally ship same day if ordered before 1PM EST. Our free shipping method is just the cheapest method available to your address, which is usually a 2-6 day transit time but is NOT guaranteed. The upgrade options specify their transit times. UPS 2 Day Air and/or UPS Next Day Air are popular options for customers needing a bat quickly.

QUESTION: Why is this bat priced higher than retail?
ANSWER: Since limited edition and highly sought after bats are often are next to impossible to get, there are times that we're willing to pay higher than retail prices for them in the secondary market so that we're able to make them available to our customers. Many customers value performance and convenience over price, so our "RARE FIND" inventory is purchased with this in mind.

QUESTION: Why is the Crumb Reaper so much harder to find than the other Cookie Jar bats?
ANSWER: Because it wasn't part of the original drop. Combat launched the Cookie Jar on April 1, 2026 with three Spec A1 flavors, the Cookies N Cream, Mint Chip, and Cookie Monster, and those went to Combat's site and major retailers. The Crumb Reaper came later as a College World Series release in Omaha, in what Combat calls an extremely limited quantity, and it never got the broad retail distribution the other three did. Fewer bats, a smaller window, and a design that collectors loved on sight add up to the rarest Spec A1 in the Cookie Jar. That's why it's a Rare Find.

QUESTION: Is the Crumb Reaper related to the Shadowcast?
ANSWER: Only by birthplace. Both bats debuted at the College World Series in Omaha, the Shadowcast in 2025 and the Crumb Reaper in 2026, and both were event-exclusive Spec A1 colorways that skipped a normal launch. The Shadowcast is a matte black-on-black stealth bat with hints of purple. The Crumb Reaper is the Cookie Jar's dark side, with pink and white speckle and a skull. Same Spec A1 build underneath, same one-piece alloy, same SFX barrel. If you collect Combat's Omaha exclusives, these are the two to hunt, and we carry both in Rare Finds when we can get them.

QUESTION: What's the difference between the Spec A1 Crumb Reaper and the Spec H1 Crumb Reaper?
ANSWER: Combat released the Crumb Reaper colorway on two different bats. The Spec A1 is the one-piece alloy with SFX Barrel Technology and the stiff, direct feel the Spec A1 is known for. The Spec H1 is Combat's hybrid, pairing an alloy barrel with a composite handle for a softer feel and more vibration control on mishits, and its Crumb Reaper run was individually numbered out of 1,000. Both are BBCOR certified and both wear the same dark-and-sweet artwork. Hitters who want one-piece feedback and the loudest contact in the lineup pick the A1. Hitters who want a more forgiving feel in the hands pick the H1. This listing is the A1.
