ANSWER: It just depends on how quickly you need it. This RARE FIND Bat is ready to ship and will generally ship same day if ordered before 1PM EST. Our free shipping method is just the cheapest method available to your address, which is usually a 2-6 day transit time but is NOT guaranteed. The upgrade options specify their transit times. UPS 2 Day Air and/or UPS Next Day Air are popular options for customers needing a bat quickly.
QUESTION: Why is this bat priced higher than retail?
ANSWER: Since limited edition and highly sought after bats are often are next to impossible to get, there are times that we're willing to pay higher than retail prices for them in the secondary market so that we're able to make them available to our customers. QUESTION: Is the Mint Chip individually numbered, and how many were made?
ANSWER: Yes. The Mint Chip was a limited release of 5,000 individually numbered bats, which is the same format Combat has used for its numbered drops since the original Rodeo collection. Combat sold it with a two-per-customer limit, and once the run sold through there was no restock. That combination of a small numbered run and one of the most popular colorways in the Cookie Jar is what makes it a Rare Find, and it's why we recommend grabbing your size while we still have it!
QUESTION: Is the Mint Chip the same bat as the Mint Militia?
ANSWER: Same platform, different release. The Mint Militia was a 2025 Spec A1 colorway, and the Mint Chip is Combat's 2026 take on mint as part of the Cookie Jar drop, with a new design built around the mint, black spackle, and pink combination. Both are one-piece alloy Spec A1 bats with SFX Barrel Technology, a balanced swing weight, and the Clinch Spec Grip, so they'll hit the same. If you missed the Mint Militia, the Mint Chip is the one to get. If you have a Mint Militia and love it, the Mint Chip is the sequel!

ANSWER: Combat's official name is the Cookie Jar "Mint Chip," though some folks do refer to it as the Mint Chocolate Chip. Either way, model number CBB6MNTC3 is this bat. It's BBCOR .50 certified and approved for NFHS high school, NCAA, and NJCAA play. The mint colorway doesn't run into the college bat color restriction that limits Combat's orange Rodeo "Greatest Show on Dirt" to high school only, so a college hitter can put it in the bag without a second thought.
