Most of Victus’ 2026 Beacon lineup is two-piece, so the Bomb Pop stands out before you even get to the paint: the 2026 Victus Beacon Bomb Pop Ya-Ya, model VSPBBP1YUSIS, is the one-piece Beacon, built for the hitter who wants a stiff, direct connection to the ball and the immediate feedback only a one-piece gives. It carries Victus’ 12.75 inch VS2.22 barrel and the half ounce Ya-Ya end load, the moderate load Victus uses across the Beacon line, in a red, white, and ice-blue finish modeled on the summertime popsicle it’s named for. The Beacon’s graffiti-and-neon attitude is still in the artwork, just dressed up in colors that read as pure Fourth of July. It’s a special colorway rather than a catalog standard, so if you want this look, don’t assume it’ll be around next season. For the same Beacon barrel and Ya-Ya load in a two-piece, the 2026 Victus Beacon Neon Orange Ya-Ya is the sibling to compare, and the 2026 Victus Beacon Neon Lime Ya-Ya stretches the barrel to 13 inches.
A one-piece slowpitch bat lives or dies on its barrel, because there’s no connection piece to soften anything, and the VS2.22 barrel is why the Bomb Pop works. Victus builds it with a rebound resin, a composite system tuned so the barrel wall gives at contact and springs back, which is where the pop comes from on a square hit and why the sweet spot on a 12.75 inch barrel plays bigger than the number suggests. The Ya-Ya load puts a half ounce of weight toward the end of that barrel, enough to add momentum through the zone and force at contact without the sluggish feel of a full-ounce load, which is exactly the middle ground a lot of USSSA hitters are looking for. Victus’ Dynamic Handle Tech manages flex and reduces vibration on off-center hits, which matters more on a one-piece than on a two-piece, since the handle is the only thing between a jam shot and your hands. The result is a bat that transfers energy straight from your hands to the ball with nothing in between, rewards a hitter who finds the barrel, and tells you honestly when you didn’t. The barrel is 2-1/4 inches. It’s approved for USSSA (NTS tested, 240 standard), NSA, and ISA play, and it is not approved for USA Softball (ASA) leagues. Available in 34 inch lengths at 25, 26, and 27 ounces, backed by Victus’ one year warranty.
One-piece or two-piece is the first question we get on any Victus Beacon, and it’s the right question to ask, because the Bomb Pop and the Neon Orange share a barrel and a load and swing very differently. LongballBats.com has been the Bat Performance Experts since 2016, our staff brings more than 100 years of combined baseball and softball experience to that conversation, and we’ve handled tens of thousands of bats, so we know what a one-piece composite feels like after a season of hard contact, not just on the first swing. We carry one of the largest Victus slowpitch selections you’ll find, including the Beacon Bomb Pop, the Beacon Neon Orange and Neon Lime Ya-Yas, the Beacon Big Boy, the NOX Ya-Ya in one-piece and two-piece, and the Obsession Steele Ya-Ya, plus sold-out Victus colorways in our Rare Finds section, so we’ll match the construction, load, and barrel length to your swing instead of selling you the prettiest bat on the wall. Tell us what you swing now, which leagues you play in, and whether you want to feel every hit or just hit it, and we’ll tell you straight whether the Bomb Pop is your bat and which weight to carry. Call or email us and we’ll get it sorted!

QUESTION: Should I order this bat with Free Shipping or Upgraded Shipping?
ANSWER: It just depends on how quickly you need it. This RARE FIND Bat is ready to ship and will generally ship same day if ordered before 1PM EST. Our free shipping method is just the cheapest method available to your address, which is usually a 2-6 day transit time but is NOT guaranteed. The upgrade options specify their transit times. UPS 2 Day Air and/or UPS Next Day Air are popular options for customers needing a bat quickly.
QUESTION: Why is this bat priced higher than retail?
ANSWER: Since limited edition and highly sought after bats are often are next to impossible to get, there are times that we're willing to pay higher than retail prices for them in the secondary market so that we're able to make them available to our customers. Many customers value performance and convenience over price, so our "RARE FIND" inventory is purchased with this in mind.
QUESTION: What is the Ya-Ya load on a Victus bat?
ANSWER: It’s Victus’ name for a half ounce end load, and it’s the swing weight most of the Beacon line is built around. A half ounce toward the end of the barrel is enough to feel: the bat carries a little more momentum through the zone and delivers a little more force at contact than a balanced bat at the same weight, which is what most USSSA hitters want. It’s also small enough that the bat stays quick and controllable, which is why the Ya-Ya is the Beacon most hitters should start with. Victus makes heavier loads for hitters who want them, like the Big Boy load on the Beacon Neon Green, and if you’re a strong hitter who already drives the ball consistently, that’s the step up. If you want more pop than a balanced bat without giving up bat speed, or you’ve never swung an end load and want to find out whether you like it, the Ya-Ya is the right amount. On the Bomb Pop it’s paired with a one-piece frame, so you’ll feel that half ounce arrive at contact more directly than you would on a two-piece Beacon.
QUESTION: Should I get the one-piece Bomb Pop or a two-piece Beacon like the Neon Orange?
ANSWER: Pick by feel, because the barrel and load are the same. The Bomb Pop is a one-piece: the handle and barrel are a single composite piece, so energy goes straight from your hands to the ball with nothing absorbing it along the way. That gives you a stiffer, more connected swing, instant feedback on where you hit the ball, and a little more sting when you miss, even with Dynamic Handle Tech cutting the vibration. The 2026 Victus Beacon Neon Orange Ya-Ya is a two-piece with the same 12.75 inch VS2.22 barrel and the same half ounce Ya-Ya load, with a connection between handle and barrel that smooths out the swing and takes the sting out of mishits. Hitters who want to feel every bit of contact, who square the ball up consistently, or who’ve always preferred a one-piece tend to love the Bomb Pop. Hitters who want the most forgiving swing, who get stung easily, or who are coming from a two-piece they liked should look at the Neon Orange. Both are good bats; the honest answer is that you probably already know which kind of hitter you are.
QUESTION: Is the Beacon Bomb Pop legal in USSSA, and can I use it in my USA/ASA league?
ANSWER: It’s approved for USSSA play with the NTS-tested 240 stamp, plus NSA and ISA, which covers most adult tournament ball in the country. It is not stamped for USA Softball (ASA), so it won’t pass a bat check in a USA league or a rec league that follows the USA Softball list. That’s the biggest mistake we see with Victus Beacons, because Victus makes both USSSA and USA versions of the Beacon in similar graphics, and the USA versions (like the Stars and Stripes Beacon and the Neon Pink Beacon Ya-Ya) have different barrel lengths and different stamps. If you play in both, you need one of each. Before you buy any USSSA bat, check the taper for the USSSA 240 stamp and confirm the model against your league’s approved bat list, since lists get updated. If you’re not sure which stamp your league follows, call us; sorting out stamps is a big part of what we do every day.
QUESTION: Does the Bomb Pop colorway change anything about the bat?
ANSWER: No. The Bomb Pop is a special colorway of the one-piece Victus Beacon Ya-Ya: the same 12.75 inch VS2.22 barrel, the same half ounce Ya-Ya load, the same Dynamic Handle Tech, and the same USSSA, NSA, and ISA approvals as the Beacon underneath it. What you’re paying for with a special colorway is the look and the fact that not everybody has one, not a different barrel. The flip side is availability: Victus produces its special colorways in smaller numbers than the standard Beacon graphics, and once a run is gone it generally isn’t reprinted, which is why the ones that catch on end up in our Rare Finds section after they sell out. If you want the Bomb Pop, we’d buy it while it’s in stock rather than waiting to see how it plays, because performance-wise you already know: it plays like a one-piece Beacon.
