RARE FIND: here at Longball Bats, we take pride in having a huge selection of baseball and softball bats - including hard to find bats like this one! Sold out most everywhere else, this bat is still available here at LBB - while it lasts!
There's a reason you can't find this bat anywhere else: Victus built the Beacon Neon Pink as an exclusive colorway for one retailer, in one limited run, and that run is gone. Sold out. If you've been searching for a neon pink USA/ASA bat that actually performs, this is the one you've been looking for, and it lives in our Rare Finds section at LongballBats.com while we still have it. It's a lot of bat under the paint: a two-piece composite with a 12.25 inch barrel, a half ounce Ya-Ya end load, and Victus' CompStax ZERO-G barrel technology, built for USA/ASA play and finished in a neon that Victus says was inspired by the city lights around the Statue of Liberty. Subtle, it isn't. Effective, it is!
USA/ASA is the toughest standard in slowpitch to build a hot bat for, and Victus went at it with a different approach than most. CompStax ZERO-G is a multi-piece barrel assembly built around a suspended inner barrel, so the outer wall is free to flex at contact while the inner structure supports it. That's how the Beacon delivers a lively, responsive sweet spot within a certification that caps peak performance, and it's why hitters describe the ZERO-G Beacons as some of the best-feeling USA bats Victus has made. The 12.25 inch barrel is compact on purpose: a shorter barrel concentrates its mass and whips through the zone quicker, and paired with the Ya-Ya end load, it gives you real weight behind contact without a slow, draggy swing. Victus' Dynamic Handle Tech and Lite Flex Handle round it out, letting the two-piece design flex through the swing and absorb vibration on mishits so the bat stays comfortable across a full league night or tournament weekend. Originally available in 25, 26, and 27 ounces, certified for USA/ASA and WBSC play, and backed by Victus' one year warranty.
Rare Finds like the Neon Pink Beacon are a big part of what we do at LongballBats.com. QUESTION: Should I order this bat stock/untouched or Heat Rolled with Progressive Pressure?
ANSWER: If you order your new bat Heat Rolled with Progressive Pressure, it will be delivered to you completely and evenly broken in. This process adds 20-40ft of distance to your solid hits, increases consistency, improves durability and adds 2-3 business days of lead time to your order. If you plan to use the bat in an official game or event, please verify the legality of our process with your league or sanctioning body before use. We (LongballBats.com) do not encourage the use of a Heat Rolled bat in any game or event where it is against the rules. Click here for details about our process!
QUESTION: Should I order this bat with Free Shipping or Upgraded Shipping?
ANSWER: It just depends on how quickly you need it. This RARE FIND Bat is ready to ship and will generally ship same day if ordered before 1PM EST. Our free shipping method is just the cheapest method available to your address, which is usually a 2-6 day transit time but is NOT guaranteed. The upgrade options specify their transit times. UPS 2 Day Air and/or UPS Next Day Air are popular options for customers needing a bat quickly.
QUESTION: Why is this bat priced higher than retail?
ANSWER: Since limited edition and highly sought after bats are often are next to impossible to get, there are times that we're willing to pay higher than retail prices for them in the secondary market so that we're able to make them available to our customers. Many customers value performance and convenience over price, so our "RARE FIND" inventory is purchased with this in mind.
QUESTION: Why is the Beacon Neon Pink so hard to find?
ANSWER: Because it was never a regular release. Victus built the Neon Pink as an exclusive colorway for a single retailer and it was produced in a limited quantity. Once that retailer sold through, there was nowhere else to buy it new. That's what makes it a Rare Find. The bat itself is a standard Victus Beacon USA/ASA build, but this pink colorway won't be reissued, so if you want one, our Rare Finds stock is one of the last places to get it new in the wrapper.
QUESTION: What's the difference between CompStax ZERO-G and the CompStax on the Victus NOX?
ANSWER: They're different barrel systems built for different rules. The NOX line uses CompStax 1 and CompStax 2, layered composite barrels tuned for the USSSA standard. CompStax ZERO-G is Victus' multi-piece barrel design with a suspended inner barrel, engineered for USA/ASA play, where peak barrel performance is capped and the game is about keeping the whole hitting surface lively. The suspended inner barrel lets the outer wall flex more freely at contact than a single-wall composite can, which is how the Beacon gets its responsive feel under the tighter USA/ASA rules.
QUESTION: Can I use the Beacon Neon Pink in USSSA play?
ANSWER: No. The VSPBNP2YASIS carries USA/ASA and WBSC certification only, so it's legal in USA Softball leagues, leagues that follow the USA/ASA bat standard, and WBSC-sanctioned play. It's not certified for USSSA, NSA, or ISA, and it's not a senior bat. If you play USSSA, Victus makes Beacon models built to that standard, including the Neon Lime and Neon Orange, and we carry those too. If you play both, you'll need one of each, and we can help you match weights so they feel the same in your hands!
