Kevlar is one of the strongest synthetic fibers ever engineered — used in body armor, aerospace panels, and high-performance racing components. In the Prototype Blue, Kevlar fibers are woven directly into the composite barrel layup. This reinforcement dramatically increases barrel stiffness and structural integrity, which means the barrel wall compresses and rebounds with more force on every hit.
