USA Softball players get their own Vandalized! The 2027 Victus Vandalized White, model VSPVD22YA, is a two-piece composite USA Softball bat with a 12.75 inch barrel, Victus’ Ya-Ya Load, and CompStax ZERO-G technology. It’s built for experienced USA hitters who want a power-focused swing with a softer, more forgiving feel at contact. It’s also the brightest bat in the series! The white barrel is tagged with hot pink spray paint, including a big “Victus is HERE” down one side and a pink Victus logo outlined in teal on the other. A blue and pink band near the end cap carries the graffiti crown. Blue and teal drips run down the barrel, and the blue connection ring, end cap, and knob tie it all together. Playing USSSA instead? The Vandalized Green gives you the same 12.75 inch, two-piece Ya-Ya setup for USSSA, NSA, and ISA play. Want a heavier swing for USA ball? Look at the Victus Beacon Stars & Stripes USA with its Big Boy Load.
The heart of this bat is CompStax ZERO-G, a multi-barrel design that’s different from the barrels in the USSSA Vandalized models. Inside a soft outer barrel sits a full-length inner barrel, held in place by soft suspension members so it can flex on its own. At contact, the two layers work like a stacked trampoline. The outer wall cushions the ball and passes energy to the inner barrel, which flexes and springs back. Rigid supports help steer that energy through the performance zone, and Victus tunes the barrel flex separately for each weight. The result is a lively response across a wide hitting surface, including on off-center contact. The two-piece build and Victus’ Dynamic Handle Technology give the handle a mid-stiff feel with less vibration in your hands. The Ya-Ya Load, Victus’ slight end load, puts a little extra weight toward the end cap for carry without slowing your swing. The barrel is 2-1/4 inches. It’s certified for USA Softball (ASA) and WBSC play, and it is not approved for USSSA play. Sizes are 34 inches at 25, 26, and 27 ounces, backed by Victus’ one year warranty.
USA Softball has its own rules and its own performance limit, so it pays to pick a bat built for that game. LongballBats.com has been the Bat Performance Experts since 2016. Our friendly, professional staff offers slowpitch players more than 100 years of combined baseball and softball experience, and we’ve had our hands on tens of thousands of bats over the years, from USA league bats to USSSA tournament models. We carry a strong Victus USA lineup, including the Vibe 14, Vibe Patriot, and Beacon Stars & Stripes, so you can compare loads and barrel lengths side by side. When a Victus USA offering sells out, it sometimes turns up in our Rare Finds section, as the Beacon Neon Pink has. Not sure about something? QUESTION: What changes between the Vandalized White and the USSSA Vandalized bats?
ANSWER: The look and the basic setup are familiar. Like the Vandalized Green, the White is a two-piece with a 12.75 inch barrel and the Ya-Ya Load. What changes is the barrel inside and the certification on the outside. The USSSA models use Victus’ V1.2 barrel in the one-piece Royal Blue and Black, and V2.2 in the two-piece Green. The White uses CompStax ZERO-G, a multi-barrel design built for USA Softball, which holds bats to a lower performance limit than USSSA. The White is certified for USA Softball and WBSC play. The other three are certified for USSSA, NSA, and ISA. So pick by league first: if you play USA ball, the White is your Vandalized.
QUESTION: How does CompStax ZERO-G work?
ANSWER: Think of it as a barrel inside a barrel. A soft outer barrel takes the hit and passes the energy into a full-length inner barrel. That inner barrel is suspended on soft supports, so it can flex and spring back on its own. Victus compares it to a stacked trampoline, with two layers giving and rebounding together. Rigid supports help channel that energy through the main hitting zone, and the flex is tuned separately for each weight. For hitters, that means a lively, consistent response across a wide part of the barrel and a softer feel at contact. Since USA Softball caps barrel performance, a design like this is about getting the most out of every legal swing, especially on balls you don’t catch perfectly.
QUESTION: Should I get the Vandalized White or the Vibe 14 USA?
ANSWER: They’re close cousins. Both are two-piece Victus USA bats with the Ya-Ya Load and a mid-stiff handle, and both carry USA Softball and WBSC certification in 25, 26, and 27 ounces. The big difference is barrel length. The Vandalized White has a 12.75 inch barrel, and the Vibe 14 uses a 12.5 inch barrel. That extra quarter inch gives you a bit more hitting surface, while some hitters find the 12.5 a touch more compact through the zone. Beyond that, it mostly comes down to the look you want. If you’d rather have a heavier swing, the one-piece Beacon Stars & Stripes USA brings Victus’ Big Boy Load.
QUESTION: Which leagues allow the Vandalized White?
ANSWER: It’s certified for USA Softball (ASA) and WBSC play. That covers USA Softball leagues and tournaments, including many rec and church leagues, plus WBSC international play. It is not approved for USSSA. NSA and ISA aren’t listed for this bat either, so if your league plays under those rules, check its approved bat list before you buy. The USSSA Vandalized models carry those certifications instead. If your league uses USA Softball rules for some events and USSSA for others, you may need one of each. Questions? Just call us! We’re always happy to help you sort out what your league allows.
